1. How long do I have to return my order?
Of course, you may want to return your order because it doesn't suit you or because you are dissatisfied for other reasons.
We understand that sometimes you need more time to assess whether you are satisfied with your order, which is why we have a return period of 14 days after receiving the order.
2. Exceptions for returns
Products that meet one or more of the following conditions cannot be returned:
For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
which have been determined by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications (custom-made); which are personal in nature
which by their nature cannot be returned;
Products falling into the categories "beauty", "children & baby" and "underwear" cannot be returned due to COVID-19 hygiene measures.
3. How can I return my order?
If you choose to return your products to us within the 30-day cancellation period, please be aware that we will refund the full amount of your order within 14 business days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.
1. Send an email to: info@gastropure.eu and let us know that you wish to return your order in whole or in part.
2. Wait for a response from our customer service to see if we can accept the return.
3. If we can accept your return, please do the following: Package the product you're returning neatly and securely, preferably in its original packaging.
4. Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service.
5. Send the Track & Trace code to our customer service.
6. Once your package has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the order amount for the returned products via the payment method you used.
4. What should I do if my product is defective?
What a shame! Unfortunately, your product can get damaged during transport. In that case, we'll always send you a new package free of charge the first time, but unfortunately, we can't refund the money. If it's wrong the second time, we'll refund the full purchase price. Was the package lost or returned without reason?
5. What should I do if a package is lost?
Sometimes a package can get lost during the logistics process. But don't worry, we'll always send you a new one before you proceed with the refund and return.
6. Cancellation of orders
Our order processing starts automatically after we receive your order, so unfortunately it is not possible to cancel afterwards.
7. does not accept orders
If a package is delivered to your door or left at a post office, Gastropure covers the delivery costs. If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will automatically be returned to the delivery person. In this case, we will send you a new package free of charge. If it is not accepted a second time, we reserve the right to deduct €15 from the amount returned to you.
