Found an item you simply must have? Great!

Now select the desired color and/or size and click on "Add to cart".

Of course, you can continue shopping. You can always return to your shopping cart by clicking the "shopping cart icon" in the top right corner.

Please note: If there are items in your shopping cart, this does not mean they are reserved.

When you've finished shopping, it's time to complete your order. Click the "Shopping Cart" icon in the top right corner to access your items. On the next page, you can adjust the numbers if necessary. Then click the "Continue to Checkout" button. You'll now be taken to the checkout, where you can easily enter all your information on a single page.

Please note: Once you have completed your order, you will NO LONGER be able to make any changes. Your order will be processed immediately so you can receive it as soon as possible.


DISPATCH

Visit gastropure.eu and we sell our products at a reasonable price. Since this price doesn't include shipping costs, we charge a small fee for shipping.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track the status of your order via the Track Your Order page. You'll receive a link by email once your order has been shipped.

It may sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Visit gastropure.eu to deliver our products quickly. If you order before 3:00 PM on weekdays, we aim to process your order the same day.

Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, resulting in an average delivery time of 10-15 business days. This allows us to significantly reduce transport, storage, packaging, and shipping costs, and offer our products at the best price-quality ratio.


I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN DELIVERY IS DELIVERED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will wait for you at a PostNord agent for 7 days. You will also receive a notification from the driver with the pickup location. After these 7 days, PostNord will return the package to our warehouse.


WRONG ADDRESS

It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure the shipping address you provided is correct. We do our best to process and deliver as quickly as possible, so there is a short window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates your package was delivered to your address but you haven't received it, please report this within 14 days. After the specified delivery date, PostNL will launch an investigation and keep you updated until the investigation is complete.
